      Pros

      Transparency.. collaboration.. connection..personal growth.. and a reason to go to work every day beyond just cash or a possible IPO..What Cloudera is doing will affect every industry and is drastically changing how organizations learn from their data. This is fun because of the amazing talent here. It has been exciting to see many high potential prospects pass on larger roles at larger companies because of who is at Cloudera and what we are doing. I truly feel connected to my team which is global.

      Cons

      It is hard, hard, work. Everyone is "all in" which is great, but it can be exhausting. If you join, be prepared to run hard and run fast for a while..

      Pros

      A company that is fast moving and growing, but still maintains it's value and vision. There are many amazing people who work here, and it's a friendly atmosphere. The Executive staff is visible and down-to-earth.

      Cons

      Only con would be if you aren't familiar with a start-up/privately held company the work load could be daunting. But it certainly is manageable. It's all about prioritizing and putting yourself forward to maintain connected to what is going on.

      Pros

      Rapid growth had territory getting smaller and smaller while 90% of the opps are tactical, leading t o strategic. Will take time The $$ are getting those strategic deals in and live. On of the best CEO's in the Industry.

      Cons

      Cloudera is still a large startup, with hyper growth.
