Pros

Friendly coworkers. Great culture. Opportunity to work with modern technology. Employees are given lots of room to learn.

Cons

Would be nice to have more options for remote work. Currently they do a hybrid role.

Pros

Great team and really talented people. Lots of potential.

Cons

Management is terrible. Doesn't know what's going on and runs more like a banana republic. Customers face problems and teams supporting them continue to suffer for years. Management has no focus and are all over the place. Employees like to blame Fiserv and the new head for their problems but the poor quality software was built by Clover employees not Fiserv. They haven't done anything to bring in a product culture and people don't stick around because they burn out too soon in this culture. The knowledge is constantly lost. I'm glad I could leave. Clover only cares about what employees can give the company and there is no recognition or appreciation for employees dealing with such dire situations disrupting their personal lives and mental needs. Most problems are not even identified and Clover loves to sell this dysfunctional system as 'startup culture'. Don't fall for it when they say that. Everything is a mess and there is no accountability for people who create the mess or do nothing to improve the situation.
