Amazing culture of ownership, support, and one team. I haven't met one person in the company who doesn't want to come to office day in and day out and give their best. There is an organization-wide focus, investment, and belief that Club Automation has a tremendous future. If you join the company now, you get to shape it!

Pros

The teamwork at CA is incredible. Everyone is smart, driven and supportive. The effort that is put in to drive morale is really successful (team outings, free Friday lunches), etc.

Cons

The career paths seem a little bit fuzzy but I know that that will probably be changing soon. The training program is a work in progress but I really hesitate to call it a con because it’s going in the right direction.

BEST people. Full of integrity, fantastic to work with, so many wonderful people that all work together. Best part is the tight-knit team-oriented atmosphere. You can completely count on your co-workers.

Cons

Slightly concerned with the new CEO affecting the morale of the employees (all other leadership members are fantastic).
