Pros

Rich culture of ownership, hardwork and collaboration. Tremendous careerpath opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth company. I love it here!

Cons

Keeping up with growth means that you often find yourself functioning in roles with limited oversight while wearing multiple hats. While this is not a negative in and of itself, it can be challenging insofar as it impacts how expectations are managed and progress is assesssed.

Pros

Great culture and set of people to work with! There are lots of opportunities to continue to grow in the company and to move to different positions within the organization.

Cons

Constant change of teams (may be good or bad), At times it can feel like you are doing a 2 person job.

Club Automation is filled with great people who are passionate about the industry, bring a positive attitude to the workplace, and care for each other.

Cons

At times, the career growth at Club Automation is unclear. Not to say that it doesn't exist (which it does), but it would be helpful to have additional clarity on this front.
