Get to meet some amazing people and help them build their golf game with great equipment and a professional studio

Cons

You're a sales person and thats it. Turning even more into a car sales like job with them hiring people that know nothing about golf since they developed an AI that will supposedly do it all for you but barely works. Biggest issue at this company is the management from the regional managers to the store managers. Micromanagement and poor manager training leads to lots of issues and the company has a high turnover rate, many due to issues with working with these "managers". My manager was reprimanded way more than me and they decided to let me go lol. Glad i was able to help out a lot of people but am glad I don't work here anymore. No overtime, no raises, terrible management, and a "white bro" culture.
