The only pro is working in golf.

One of the heads of the company made a deal with Cobra golf behind the back of the employees. Cobra had distributed gift cards to tons of employees that they were allowed to use for whatever they wanted and per Cobra themselves, at some point Mr. Sherburne made a decision to use the rest of the money for marketing, however, to do this the gift cards that were distributed and had a balance on them still had their balances stripped for this purpose. No email was sent out to inform and was done without us as employees knowing. Gave us money on gift cards and then stole it away behind our backs.

Weak pay for the skill provided, No overtime given, only to (builders) if any, Top management clueless on employee"s needs in these trying times.

Changing job description with little or no notification Required to work overtime during training with no overtime pay (they lost a class action lawsuit) No upward mobility New CEO is basically a glorified sales manager Founder is unprofessional It’s about selling at all costs They hide the fact they own SST Pure, while pushing the service with no empirical data to support the effectiveness High turnover leads to poor service
