Pros

Huge pro is having Sundays off. You won't find another job in the golf business that is closed on Sundays. Lots of opportunity to grow/promote from within. As a fitter, Club Champion provides premium shaft offerings to truly fit the golfer. Many sales contest and bonus structure throughout the year. Paid Holidays, PTO, and schedule flexibility are solid.

Cons

Commision on sales too low. As company is growing, many positions being created that are unnecessary. Salesforce is not ideal for what we do.

Nothing better than fitting customer's to play better golf. And talking golf all day, is a bonus as well!

Cons

Being a newer store, getting the word out we exist.

Pros

Tons of growth opportunity with the expansion that is continuing to take place. Really striving to create a great culture for the employees and even more fun environment for the clients. Such a fun job when you are able to work with some of the best equipment in the golf industry while helping players of all skill levels.

Cons

With growth comes change and that change can come fast. Trying to stay caught up can be stressful, but the reason is growth, so the change is always for a good reason and just trying to improve.

Certainly understand the stresses as well, lots has happened over the last 3 years and hope that you are beginning to feel better about the changes that were necessary to navigate some challenging circumstances.
