Best work/life balance in the golf industry Opportunities for growth for those willing to work hard New hire training is most in-depth in the industry

Cons

No 401k match No incentives for tenured employees (no extra PTO, commission, etc.) Growth of internal departments has not caught up to the growth of the sales team but is getting there. Inconsistent branding

Couldn't agree with you more on the best work/life balance in the golf industry and opportunities to advance your career. Also, we recognize the benefits aren't perfect. Hopefully, the compensation plan changes more recently have helped! We'll continue to grow and evolve and look to provide the best work experience across the board!
