Best hours in the golf business leads to a good work life balance. Opportunity to advance in a growing company. Great additional perks through sales contests and bonus programs.

Cons

As with all growing businesses, there has been a lot of changes to adapt to.

Pro's of Club Champion are as followed. -Work/Life Balance is the best I have ever had with a company -Opportunity to grow is super attainable and can be done in a quickly manner sometimes -Product selection of Golf equipment is the best in the industry -Great discounts/Perks working for the company

Cons

Con's of Club Champion -No 401k match -Insurance is very expensive -Pricing on shafts are too high and deters customers away
