Managers do nothing but complain Get cussed out like your a dog for asking any question Blamed for jobs that aren't yours Hit goals and don't get raises Given new goals that are unachievable so you can't get bonuses Owners talk about fitters behind there backs and then management tells you about it like it's cool

not scaling properly to match store openings that seem to be the highest priority instead of build process optimization which is where custom built clubs should be the biggest focus
