Pros
None really - depends what department you are in as each department is run on its own set of rules. There is supposedly a a set of standard company rules we’re supposed to follow but each departments managers have gotten lax and let their workers basically do whatever they want. My department is run like military boot camp we have no hope for advancement or growth.
Cons
Upper management lacks understanding Leads are unqualified and don’t voice their employees concerns to the managers. They say they promote top performers but really they hand pick and choose who they want to move up into office positions. It’s all favoritism and not performance based.
