Great Work Education! Opportunity to make commissions. The company is growing like crazy, and offers a ton of new opportunities! Get to play/work with todays top golf equipment.

Cons

Dealing with the public, so you will always have that to contend with. Dealing with some of the manufactures backorders/changes can be frustrating. Expected to make Sales!!!

We recognize things can be frustrating at times (the supply chain challenges since the Pandemic were not easy for sure)! Pros

Huge pro is having Sundays off. You won't find another job in the golf business that is closed on Sundays. Lots of opportunity to grow/promote from within. As a fitter, Club Champion provides premium shaft offerings to truly fit the golfer. Many sales contest and bonus structure throughout the year. Paid Holidays, PTO, and schedule flexibility are solid.

Cons

Commision on sales too low. As company is growing, many positions being created that are unnecessary. Salesforce is not ideal for what we do.
