Pros

Tons of growth opportunity with the expansion that is continuing to take place. Really striving to create a great culture for the employees and even more fun environment for the clients. Such a fun job when you are able to work with some of the best equipment in the golf industry while helping players of all skill levels.

Cons

With growth comes change and that change can come fast. Trying to stay caught up can be stressful, but the reason is growth, so the change is always for a good reason and just trying to improve.

Best work/life balance in the golf industry Opportunities for growth for those willing to work hard New hire training is most in-depth in the industry

Cons

No 401k match No incentives for tenured employees (no extra PTO, commission, etc.) Growth of internal departments has not caught up to the growth of the sales team but is getting there. Inconsistent branding
