The higher ups talk about other employees in front of people, managers make you work over scheduled hours, and if you don't they make you feel bad about it, no organization within corporate, zero communication, higher level makes you feel like they are better than you if you work in the workshop. the HR department is a joke if you have an issue they will blow it off and then talk about you. Terrible culture.

Club Fitting is thorough and professional, technology is latest and greatest Custom product is best in the business Year round work in golf industry

Cons

Little to no organization within the company No accountability within the company, specifically upper management Human Resource Dept is the least professionally I've encountered over 30+ years! Company is growing too fast, not what they were 4 years ago

Agreed we are a much bigger company than we were four years ago and we are very transparent and aware of the growth and the challenges that go with it.
