Pros

- Leader in the club fitting industry - State of the art technology including Trackman - Full build shop at headquarters - Sell a wide array of options including the major brands and higher end like PXG and Miura - Salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, compensation and benefits are competitive for golf - Closed on Sundays, hours during the week are pretty much set, better work life balance than green grass - All studios are indoors and we're busy all year round which is a plus for the colder weather markets - Awesome coworkers, hands-on management and helpful employees at the corporate level - Company is growing and there are opportunities for advancement if you work for it

Cons

- Delays from vendors can create headaches when getting the product to the customer in time - Typical growing pains that any expanding start-up experiences - Expect to put in more hours during the busy season

Pros

Job at a base level is somewhat fun

Cons

The management is awful, they micro manage everything and they don’t care about the employees or customers. They don’t care to grow locations, if you aren’t in the top 10 stores then you are nothing. The pay is awful as well, and the ability to move up in pay is super slow. This is a company you join just for the time being, no future

Pros

The only pro is working in golf.

Cons

One of the heads of the company made a deal with Cobra golf behind the back of the employees. Cobra had distributed gift cards to tons of employees that they were allowed to use for whatever they wanted and per Cobra themselves, at some point Mr. Sherburne made a decision to use the rest of the money for marketing, however, to do this the gift cards that were distributed and had a balance on them still had their balances stripped for this purpose. No email was sent out to inform and was done without us as employees knowing. Gave us money on gift cards and then stole it away behind our backs.
