It was your typical serving job but with unnecessary rules

Cons

They have weird methods that don't allow for quick service such as -making servers prep all drinks for the bartender in a "call" window which causes a bottleneck -making servers wear white aprons then getting upset when the white apron has stains on it (maybe try a darker color) They also do not protect their employees and will throw them under the bus immediately. And if you have a large party, they will not allow you to add gratuity.

Pros

This was at Clyde’s of Willow Creek Farm and I can say that the dynamic among employees was great and everyone was treated like family and I loved it.

Cons

When I started initially, I was amongst many individuals who treated the job as a profession and worked professionally. Over time, the servers and back waiters were slowly replaced by high school students and it turned the dynamic into more of a laissez-faire environment, unfortunately.

Clyde's has a nice reputation around the area for delivering exceptional customer service.

Cons

Clyde's was purchased a few years, and it changed how things are run. The training seems different, like it's not as thorough, but it's still better than most of the city. Growth opportunities seem to only happen to a select type of person. They stopped believing in promoting from within.
