Pros
Great training to begin with- they take almost anybody with a positive attitude and a desire to work hard. A week of corporate training makes it very clear what type of service they want you to provide. Good money if you work hard and prove to management you have the energy and knowledge to provide excellent customer service. Great clients
Cons
Easily the worst part is the management- there are four managers who rotate, however, two of the managers while I worked there were awful. They seemed to take great pleasure in the small amount of power and seniority they possessed to lecture and micromanage servers constantly. Manager's time is also very unstructured so they enjoyed observing and recording our behaviors/interactions. Very off-putting..
