Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Co-op we have a zero tolerance approach to any form of bullying, discrimination, or harassment. If you feel that you’re being bullied, harassed, or discriminated against, it can sometimes be difficult to decide how you want to deal with it. It can help to talk this through with someone. We would always suggest that you speak to your line manager initially to talk things through or with another manager if you don’t feel comfortable. We have a free confidential colleague helpline that you can contact for advice, which is managed by Health Assured. They can be contacted on 0800 640 9088 or BHD@healthassured.co.uk.

Pros

Had a lovely manager, helpful and nice

Cons

Bullying culture and renaming character building as a way to cover it up If you have a disability, don't think it's acceptable. I cannot recommend the coop as a workplace. You are also given a maximum hour contract of 39 hours a week with a minimum of 16, you will be given on average 30 hours a week whether you like it or not
