Staff and customers are friendly, money is acceptable

Cons

hours are unsociable manager never listens no consideration to your personal life no appropriate turn over of shifts, always doing the same

This job was great. I got to fill bags and scan stuff every day and then once I got a promotion so I made 50p more an hour. Then I left

Cons

Customers kept looking at you like you were something stuck to their shoe. Not like a dog poo though

Thankyou for your review, it's great to hear you enjoyed what you did everyday when at the Co-op. Regarding pay, we signed a two-year pay deal last year which means that 40,000 colleagues in food stores will receive a pay rise of 8.5% by the end of October 2016. This increase takes the pay above the national living wage.
