Pros

Awesome culture, creative work environment, big tech feel in North Dakota, solid benefits, great pay, awesome opportunities to grow and get better at your craft.

Cons

The interview process is intense, but the high-quality aspects of your team around you are very evident once you start working. They protect the culture with their hiring process.

Pros

CoSchedule does a wonderful job encouraging employees to continually challenge themselves and develop skills. Each individual's opinions are welcomed without ego clouding the conversation as I have found with previous employers. Expectations are high which creates a fast-paced yet fun environment of individuals who are passionate about their jobs and achieving results.

Cons

The multi-step interview process is intense as a candidate, but understandable once you see the quality of your team members.

Pros

-Fastest growing start-up in ND -Amazing (and super nice) people to work with -Unlimited vacation (and that actually is the truth, not something made up) -Fun, challenging, and fulfilling work environment -Both offices in downtown location (close to food, etc)

Cons

I honestly have no downsides.
