Zero transparency between co-founders and employees, increasingly toxic work environment, excessive micromanagement, nonexistent culture, no actual HR or leadership team to speak of, too many red flags to count

One of the leaders has a very difficult personality. You'd better learn to say the word "no" or you'll find yourself churning out the best work you can and feeling like you're a failure.

Wonderful group of employees. Everyone helps everyone & you'll love your team. "Unlimited" PTO a plus.

Cons

- Company is failing fast. Blindside layoffs completed in Jan 2023. - Raises are determined by budget, not performance (if you even get one) - Morale is at an all time low. Culture is nonexistent at this point. - Management does not communicate. Holds weekly "all hands" (propaganda meetings) where serious issues are avoided and employee concerns are blown off.
