Pros

Flexible schedule, fun environment. Lots to learn and great experience to gain. Work parties are fun! Staff is generally really cool to work with and hang out with.

Cons

Unclear expectations. Fair amount of micro-managing. Hard to get those above you to really hear you. Promises not delivered on.

Good location, free cokes, heated office.

Cons

Unprofessional. Cheap, very, very cheap. Management makes appointments but will show up very late with no apologies. Going out of business. Customers are cancelling far faster than they can buy new ones.

- No work/life balance. Was expected to work weekends and after hours. - Lack of team leadership and respect. - Lack of listening to employee concerns or ideas to make the company better. - Micromangement - Young CEOs and they may lack some leadership skills.
