Flexibility, some of the best and most talented coworkers I've ever had, used to be a great place to work

Cons

Zero transparency between co-founders and employees, increasingly toxic work environment, excessive micromanagement, nonexistent culture, no actual HR or leadership team to speak of, too many red flags to count
