      The commissions are great and the perks if you do well are really good.

      There is too much attention to numbers. There are no employees, they are Employee IDs who are spreadsheet monitored.

      Good pay & good benefits.

      Cons

      Everything else. Worst company known to man, they operate on a culture of fear. Within 1 month they fired 10+ people on my team including a manager with zero notice or reasoning. Unrealistic goals and extrutiatingly metric driven to the point where that is ALL they care about. Leaders have absolutely no control or power, if they haven’t drank the kool aid then they will be fired. Everyone is scared to lose their job because of the CEO, if he does not like you, you’re gone.
