The culture here makes for a very poor quality of life. I worked 5-10 hours extra (unpaid) a week just to keep up with the growing list of demands that upper management makes. The very top of this company likes to create a culture where employees are scared and anxious about their job security as they hire a plethora of staff for tax breaks and then lets them go shortly after. You are just a number at this company. They will make life insufferable to make sure a certain percentage of employees quit every year to save money when it comes time to do layoffs. Additionally, you will work super hard and rarely ever see a promotion.
