      Great Benefits and Pay if you have a good territory

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Pay is great if you are lucky with a good territory and get assigned key accounts.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a struggle if you want to be successful. There are many hats to wear which makes it challenging to sell as focus can be pulled in a million different directions. There are also many metrics to meet in order to get paid. Paying back commission that was never paid to you is hard to swallow.
