Very aggressive sales culture, extremely high pressure environment and complete lack of flexibility in terms of WFH, all 5 days at office

This is an elitist company. Very male-dominated. If you are a woman that exudes confidence, beauty, and intelligence.........if you don't know how to play the game, this is not a place for you. The door is not open for you to express yourself, they will smile in your face and plot on you behind your back. The opportunity is great, and if they give you an offer, take it, but always remember, they are watching, and lurking. My training class had 19 people starting, only 4 were women, only 1 black woman.
