      People are great, management sucks.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good and they hire people (including me) right out of college which was pretty great. My direct manager is fantastic and my team is very supportive.

      Cons

      The upper management has no vision and when times are tough they blame everyone but themselves. They laid off half the floor and I am certain they’ll find a way to axe more if it means saving some money. They throw ideas out and expect results on said ideas immediately. In most cases they set unrealistic expectations and become frustrated with the floor.

      - Great teammates - Teaches basic CRE info; good for those trying to enter CRE I guess

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency from senior management - More talk about metrics than career growth - Frequent major changes to workflow process - For a job that mainly involves calling, no flexibility to WFH
