Regarding your comments about working from home, our CEO has shared his belief that companies with teams that are able to work together face to face will always outcompete remote, disbursed teams, which is why we place so much value on being at the office. Additionally, since we support the commercial real estate industry, we felt an obligation and responsibility to our customers to lead by example and show how employees can safely and effectively return to the office workplace. Our company was built on innovation and proactively offering industry-leading products and solutions to our customers. This creativity is driven from in-person and organic interactions and brainstorming that naturally occurs in the office. It's also important to note the difference between "work from home" and "flexibility". Managers at the company will always make an effort to be flexible with employees when a need arises, within reason.
