      Extremely High Sales Staff Turnover

      Annual sales conferences, President's Club trips, etc. Training

      Cons

      A commission structure that's so complicated that no salesperson can actually calculate lends to the perception that it is not fair. The highest Salesperson turnover I have ever experienced with 4 out of 5 leaving within 1st year.

We appreciate your comments on the commission plan and will pass it along to sales leadership as we are always looking for ways to improve the sales commission plans. We also see that you were in a relatively new location, while we regret the high turnover, we’ve just hired a new Managing Director for Canada who will lead the sales team. We believe having a local leader will make a significant difference for the sales team and its stability moving forward.

      Excellent technology throughout the office, good training provided at the start, great bunch of people work there

      Cons

      Too target orientated, management are very cliquey, expect too much from the staff and anyone who dares to criticise are quickly shouted down.

      The company offers decent health insurance package as well as 401K retirement plan, holiday and vacation pay

      Cons

      Managers that don't have a clue how to be postive leaders, listeners, or offer guidance. People who do not work at a main office are considered contract employees (it's in the TINY fine print) and are on their own financially if they are injured on the job.
