      Pros

      Good benefits Stable company with cash on hand

      Cons

      Churn sales people and research so that customers have no respect for the people who actually represent the company. Base salary is lowest in the sector and is based on your past 3 years earnings, not your previous work experience. Management is afraid of the people at the top and are all coverings themselves and leave sales people to fend for themselves. Commission structure changes every year, and is not competitive with other sales jobs. Metrics are too much of a priority. The company is not in touch with the rest of the business world...they do things the "CoStar Way"

      Pros

      The people you meet will be the best part of the job. Your direct managers usually try to be helpful and are great outside of work. The benefits package is fairly good and sucks you in.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees. Morale at HQ is so low that almost 3/4 of employees leave before 2 years is up. Senior management never fully explains anything and often changes expectations mid quarter or without publicizing the start date. Most employees spend free time dreaming about getting out than about helping the company grow, the job does not lend itself to loyalty or commitment. The noticeable difference in the treatment throughout the company of various departments is a major catalyst for employee dissatisfaction.
