Pros
Very organized, friendly AND knowledgeable people. They hired really good personalities. Lots of opportunity. There is always a job for you to do and yes there may be slow moments but that is with every luxury store. The holidays working there were fantastic. I would go back to Coach.
Cons
This can be a good and a bad thing. People stay in their positions for a long time. There may be some people in upper management that have been there static for a long time so they think they no it all. It can be difficult working in the environment dominated by woman. That is something to look out for.
