Barely clearing the lowest rung

Pros

Pay wasn't bad. Benefits are ok.

Cons

The transition with Veris Group was handled horribly. First declaring that the merger was not about cost cutting, then laying off 10% of the staff a month later. Almost no consideration was made for the turmoil an acquisition causes employees. It is very apparent that doing a good job is not terribly important to management. Sales and profit margin are pretty much the only things that are going to get much attention. There is little chance this company is going to be anything more than a back of the pack compliance shop.

Pros

Pay is decent. Benefits are so so.

Cons

Don't believe the positive reviews they are not true. I am working with them for almost a year and they have laid off people and keep restructuring. This is due to the CEO's and shareholders decision. Beware!!

Began positive, but ended poorly

Pros

The people are genuinely friendly, there is quality equipment provided

Cons

Balking about travel accommodations, no training provided for internal practices, cold "efficiency" with personnel employment (individual and team). Conflicting messages from management about expectations written vs personal. Upper management seldom available for clarification outside of email. Necessary information is lost because of what seems to be an avoidance of conflict. Constant pressure to cut costs at the expense of quality.
