      Excellent coworkers. (Strict vetting process ensures good hiring practices, very few "bad fits".) Dynamic environment - no boredom Lot of training/certification opportunities Great place to learn and grow a career - ideal for first job

      Growing pains - small growing company Communication issues, top down Lack of transparency with re-orgs and major company wide changes Lot of promises never fulfilled/never mentioned again Expectation of hours well in excess of 40/week leads to early burn out

      This is by far the best environment I have ever worked in! The industry is hot, the company is growing and employee focused and people are kind. We have a great time serving our clients and working together!
