      Lowest pay in the industry Payday is never on time Directors and management never show up to work Highest turn-over for employees most wont stay past 2 weeks Toxic work environment No advancement possibilities No direction or employee handbooks No diverse employee base Unqualified workforce Constant company changes and elimination of positions

      *Great personnel, *Good subject matter experts

      Cons

      *Horrible Project Management setup No Policies or Procedures New VP's trying to apply workplace (Verizon) to be like them (And they have bad reps) VERY little pay - 40% lower than standard rates for other companies No advancement No encouragement HIGH TURNOVER (77%+ - not a joke) Too much pass the buck atmosphere If you are a glutton for yelling, this place is perfect

      Friendly and collegiate coworkers Wonderful opportunities to work on cutting cloud computing services for implementation at federal environments; including FISMA, FedRAMP, DIACAP, DoD RMF. Leadership actively provides growth and development to the staff. I’ve learned more here in 6 months; than in my Big 4 career of 2 years.
