      Pros

      Friendly and collegiate coworkers Wonderful opportunities to work on cutting cloud computing services for implementation at federal environments; including FISMA, FedRAMP, DIACAP, DoD RMF. Leadership actively provides growth and development to the staff. I’ve learned more here in 6 months; than in my Big 4 career of 2 years.

      The company is growing quickly and the typical growing pains that come with that are present here.

      Pros

      Great coworkers who are passionate about their careers and the cybersecurity industry There are tons of opportunities if you're self-motiviated and self-directed - lots of independence is given Opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the business CEO is extremely sharp

      Cons

      Company is in an interesting transition phase - growing from small to the next level. Comes with associated growing pains (some challenges with training, formal career development, delivery consistency, etc). Company is trying to address most of these.

      Pros

      I have a great manager, and the company has invested heavily in my professional development. Hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      The pay is low for the industry, and I believe my good experiences are not shared by people outside of my department. There is very little diversity and little attention paid to changing that.
