Pros

Lots of opportunity to travel and learn at many different environments, lots of skilled co-workers to help learn new skills.

Cons

Developing programs mean that they are not organized as well as they should be. Work loads fluctuate and there are some weeks of less than 10 hours billable, others with 60.
