      You honestly don't have to try hard. Pretend you care and are trying and you'll do fine. Type of company you can milk while having another job or while applying for others.

      Cons

      Audits and compliance lack integrity. Your manager won't have any technical understanding of the evidence you're looking at. You can essentially say it looks good and write the narrative the reviewers are looking for and you're good to go. Also you're going to be so overbooked with work and have so many deadlines, you aren't going to care what you are looking at.
