Pros

remote work & W/L balance, friendly people

Cons

Salary is not competitive at all and starting to see more turnover recently. Not enough done for remote workers (holiday party, happy hours, wellness stipends, etc) IT Audit is going to be a lot of work anywhere, might as well switch to a bigger company/big four and get paid more along with the same if not more benefits (unlimited FTO, culture).

Pros

There are no pros I can recall.

Cons

Inexperienced leaders, promotions and recognition based on favoritism. Many do not have real world experience.

Pros

Good benefits and definitely opportunity for growth

Cons

Manager/ leadership over the team is non-existent, with workloads increasing while providing minimal to no support.
