Pros

Coalfire has a lot of opportunities, including training, and tuition reimbursement. it is a good place to start a career in cyber consulting. That is the real plus.

Cons

The culture is definitely slanted towards alpha male leadership. As with any IT culture you can expect a lot of drinking at events.

Pros

The day to day workers are phenomenal and really care about the work and culture

Cons

The leadership team lacks direction, focus, and core understanding of “how to get the job done”. There are many conversations about positive culture but over the last 2 years it has diminished
