Pros

Lots of very talented, smart, and driven people. You're challenged to expand your skill set.

Cons

Echoing what others have said, absolutely no work life balance. It's a pressure cooker. Burnout is rampant.

Pros

-Pay is slightly above average -Highly intelligent in information security area -Can achieve promotions quickly (expect to have no work/life balance) -Learn a lot very quickly -Lots of travel (both pro and con)

Cons

-Terrible Work/Life balance (expect to work most nights, weekends, and holidays) -Expect to travel 75%+ of the time out of state -No training (expect to be out of state, with your first client alone with little direction) -Little time on performing audits and report write up -Managers and hire ups do not listen to staff on conditions nor care about employee moral -Poor communications skills from management -Rapid, last minute schedule changes and multiple clients can be stacked -Very hard to take any time off -Very much churn and burn (especially on audit staff)

We understand and acknowledge that the pace in which we operate can be fast and demanding. The industry as a whole works at an accelerated rate and we are striving to keep up with the demand for our expertise. We often describe ourselves as a “rocket ship” and we function as just that, but the payoff can be great with our top performers being promoted quickly and all of our staff learning from this tremendous growth we are experiencing. Training has increasingly become a top priority for the company as a whole. We recently established a working group to develop training programs and just completed our first “classroom style” training course for employees at all levels. Additional new hire training is soon to be launched.
