      Pros

      It is a consultancy but not exactly like the Big4 Its small Big4 and kind of a tech company Flexible working hours

      Cons

      You have to butter the management to go to grow up the ladder. People are burnt out due to a lot of work.

      Pros

      Industry, the clients, the climate and possibly the future if change finally takes place. Focus on what you know you could be great if you mature and empower the right people. There is lots of mediocre talent leading the company.

      Cons

      Management from the top down, lack of organization. The old ways are proven to not work...move on before it is too late.

      *Great personnel, *Good subject matter experts

      Cons

      *Horrible Project Management setup No Policies or Procedures New VP's trying to apply workplace (Verizon) to be like them (And they have bad reps) VERY little pay - 40% lower than standard rates for other companies No advancement No encouragement HIGH TURNOVER (77%+ - not a joke) Too much pass the buck atmosphere If you are a glutton for yelling, this place is perfect
