Pros

Benefits are great - almost unlimited PTO, good medical coverage, good pay.

Cons

Fully remote currently so we're missing the office lifestyle and feeling.

Everyone is so approachable, friendly and willing to help out. So many people welcomed me and expressed they were glad I was here!

Cons

The pay in accordance with other companies is extremely lower than others.

Pros

Coalfire is filled with smart and talented cybersecurity professionals making it a great place to learn, grow, and work in team based environments. Additionally management generally empowers its employees to operate with ownership which allows for personal growth and the feeling of making an impact on whatever you're working on. Lastly Coalfire works with some of the biggest names in the cloud and SaaS space which provides a great opportunity to work on challenging cybersecurity engagements for companies that are on the forefront of technology.

Cons

Company communication is a work in progress. The company has good benefits but investments in employee perks are lacking compared to competitors.
