PTO is hard to use if you are a billable employee with high utilization targets Not strong company culture Pay could be better compared to others in the industry Poor funding for team offsite, training, and certifications

- remote work - no micromanaging (depends on manager/team) - flexible work life balance - good benefits (healthcare, gym - onepass)

Cons

- Pay is low for YOE - Low yearly salary increase for loyal employees - Restriction by new CFO on promotions, even if they are deserved and employee performance/manager feedback is showing they should be promoted, leads to low motivation to go above and beyond current job role
