Pros

Many highly talented technologists and consultants. New leadership shows promise.

Cons

A legacy culture of limited market making, risk taking, and professionalism limits growth and teaming. New leadership must balance bias to action with risk of cutting too deep.

Pros

Flexible Time Off, great staff, professional work environment, very supportive team members.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that Coalfire still has the startup mentality. Now that Brad Little took over as CEO this might get better.

Pros

Not much onsite work, compared to competitors. Same goes for salary, I've seen way worse salaries in competition.

Cons

Time difference between US/UK might be an issue, especially if you need support.
