Pros

Many highly talented technologists and consultants. New leadership shows promise.

Cons

A legacy culture of limited market making, risk taking, and professionalism limits growth and teaming. New leadership must balance bias to action with risk of cutting too deep.

Don't bother - Poorly Run

Pros

Nice people, friendly to new people. Lots of DIA activities.

Cons

Extremely inept poor management. Most have hired from within and don't have any real world experience outside Coalfire. Little to no direction. VP and HR told me business was in a downturn and they had to let people go. Poor future outlook.
