Coalfire is very transparent with where they see the future of the company is headed. The senior management is very open minded and loves to explore new ideas and take risks. I see great things for the future of Coalfire!

Cons

There exam/certification reimbursement policy is confusing and needs to be overhauled.

remote work environment with equipment sent to you

Cons

terrible management with most not knowing what they’re doing, lots of turnover leading many people to be overworked or doing multiple roles for the pay of one, terrible benefits (united healthcare for medical, almost no local providers accept it or it’s so expensive i just avoid getting care)
