Pros

I've worked with this company for 15 years. It's been great seeing it grow from a company with less than 100 employees to 1,000. The changes have been great, always a learning curve, but the company is heading in the right direction.

Cons

Coalfire needs to be competitive with national salary guides.

Pros

I had the privilege of a great manager and team. Flexible PTO was nice when you could use it.

Cons

Projects were sometimes understaffed and were not led in a clear direction.

Pros

1.Coalfire trust their employees to prioritize the company's objectives and to represent a good company image always. 2.Coalfire treat your employees with respect, as well as how you would treat your clients/customers. 3.Great benefits

Cons

Unlimited Vacation policies do not, in fact allow employees to taken an unlimited amount of time off. As employee we may end up limiting the amount of time take off and could be less than average two weeks most employers offer.
