Pros

Progressive with lots of communities and employee resource groups. Company seems to care a lot about D&I efforts as they encourage one of the employee goals being related to D&I.

Cons

Not a lot of senior managers and above so each senior manager/delivery director ends up having 4+ direct reports. As a result, not enough one on ones/individual attention so there are many times where I don’t feel acknowledged or noticed for my hard work.

Pros

I loved my time at Coalfire. I often wish I wouldn’t have had to leave for personal reasons. It’s a great organization to learn, management really cares, and the people make it fun. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Cons

Lots of change happening. Coalfire is going through a shift from small company to large. I think it’s good for the long-run but diffidently has growing pains.
