Everyone is Jumping Ship for a Reason

Pros

The only pro are SOME of the employees.

Cons

Inability to communicate effectively; POOR compensation - like, you might need a second job if you don't burn out first and make sure that job has better benefits than Coalfire. Definitely sexist & possibly racist. Lack of recognition for people actually making Coalfire's vision a reality.

Not really a con - Peaks & troughs of work - Very occasionally in a peak, there is no financial compensation for working excessive hours
